Health Benefits

Head Office and Regional Office employees become eligible for a comprehensive flex benefit plan after 3 months employment.


The Employee Assistance Program is available to Head Office employees only and offers confidential counseling with third party professionals for sensitive personal issues. There are also research resources available.


M&M Food Market provides comprehensive training packages whether you work in a store or at one of our offices. You learn through detailed instruction and hands-on experience by working with company trainers or senior departmental members. Your training period is coincidental with your probationary period which is six months.

Retirement Savings Plan

Head office employees and their families have the benefit of participating in Registered Retirement Savings Plan and Non-Registered Saving Program in employee and spousal format. The company contributes a matching amount to RRSP for each employee up to $1,200 per year.


A tiered bonus plan is available to Head Office and Regional Office employees based on the success of the company and the success of the individual in reaching prescribed corporate and departmental goals.
