Investment and Benefits of a Re-Franchised Store

This is the opportunity to obtain an established M&M Food Market location with an established revenue and customer base. Existing stores sell for a variety of reasons – retirement, divorce, illness, etc. Sales volume and profitability differ from store to store, so the investment required to purchase an operating M&M Food Market store can range from $100,000 to upwards of $500,000.

In addition to the purchase price, applicable fees including a $5,000 training cost are payable to M&M Food Market corporate. You can also expect to incur soft costs towards purchasing inventory, lease and utility deposits, transfer fees, re-opening advertising and legal fees.

Candidates must indicate that they have a minimum of 50% of the total investment available to them in unencumbered funds. A list of M&M Food Market locations available for purchase can be found here.
