Thaw 1 package Grilled Mini Potatoes at room temp for 15 minutes, then skewer with chunks of sliced cooked bacon and red onion. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat, turning frequently, about 15 minutes.

Combine 4 cups cooked, drained Penne Rigate with 1 package thawed and roughly chopped mixed grilled vegetables while still warm. Top with 3 tbsp each of olive oil, lemon juice and crumbled feta cheese; mix to blend the flavours.

Prepare 1 package Cilantro and Lime Basmati Rice according to package directions and spread on a platter. Layer overtop 2 cups warmed Sweet Corn and 2 cups diced red pepper, then sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with your favourite dressing. Serve with lime wedges.
