Dry Garlic Pork

Add a Southwestern kick to your snacking menu or party platters. Breaded, boneless, bite-size pork pieces are coated in a savoury black pepper and garlic seasoning. 50-70 pieces.

Dry Garlic Pork

Serving Information:



OVEN (For best results):

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through.


  1. Arrange 12 pieces (2 servings) in a circle on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Heat on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
  3. For 24 pieces (4 servings), increase heating time to 3 to 4 minutes.

NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
