Turkey Breast

Serving Information:




  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove all packaging.
  2. Place turkey breast, uncovered, on baking tray or in roasting pan. Add 1/4 cup (60 mL) water to bottom of tray or pan.
  3. Roast in centre of oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is opaque and juices run clear.
  4. Slice and serve.

NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
