This boneless cut of beef is aged a minimum of 10 days and cut from the tenderloin. Then it is carefully wrapped in bacon to create a wonderful smoky flavour. 4 pieces.

Serving Information:


THAWING AND PREPARATION: For best results, thaw steaks, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw steaks in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove all packaging. Wipe steaks with paper towel. Lightly oil and spice steaks (as desired). 
BARBECUE (For best results): Preheat barbecue on high 10 to 15 minutes. Sear steaks 2 minutes per side. Turn heat to medium. Grill with lid closed, 8 minutes per side, for medium-rare. Remove from grill. Hold until internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached. 

Preheat oven broiler element on high. Place steaks on broiler pan, in oven, 4 to 6 inches from element. Broil, 10 minutes per side, for medium-rare. Remove from oven. Hold until internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached.
