PREPARE FROM FROZEN. Remove all packaging.
BARBECUE (For best results): Preheat barbecue on medium. Brush grill with vegetable oil. Barbecue burgers 7 minutes per side, or until done.
FRY PAN: Preheat fry pan to medium. Fry burgers 10 to 12 minutes. Turn once. Ensure product is fully cooked before serving.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
