PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
BARBECUE:
- Preheat barbecue on medium-high.
- Spray shrimp lightly with non-stick cooking spray or brush lightly with oil.
- Grill shrimp, meat side up, 4 to 6 minutes. Turn.
- Grill 4 to 6 minutes.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread shrimp in single layer, meat side up, on foil-lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 10 to 12 minutes.
BROILER:
- Position rack at highest level. Preheat oven broiler element (500°F/260°C).
- Spread shrimp in single layer, meat side up, on foil-lined baking sheet.
- Broil 5 to 7 minutes.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. When cooked, shrimp meat will be opaque white and shells will be red. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
