Serving Information:
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
Do NOT use in microwave or toaster oven.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove tray from box and remove film.
BARBECUE:
- Preheat barbecue on medium-high.
- Place tray on grill and close grill.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Open grill and baste salmon with the sauce.
- Close grill and heat for another 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from the grill.
- Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
- Place tray directly on BOTTOM oven rack.
- Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from the oven.
- Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached. Fully cooked salmon is pink and flakes with a fork. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Although we make every effort to have all bones removed from our salmon, small bones may sometimes be present.
