Lemon and Herb Chicken

Our signature recipe of boneless chicken breast, cooked sous vide, in a lemon herb sauce, garnished with a fresh lemon slice, in a foil tray for the BBQ or oven.

Lemon and Herb Chicken

Serving Information:

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

Do NOT use in microwave or toaster oven.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove tray from box and remove film.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-high.
  2. Place tray on grill and close the grill.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes. Open grill and baste chicken with sauce.
  4. Close grill and heat for another 10 minutes or until heated through.

    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from the grill.

  5. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Place tray directly on BOTTOM oven rack.
  3. Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.

    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from the oven.

  4. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
