Herbed Red Skin Potatoes

Our signature recipe of red skin potatoes tossed with  onions, parsley, rosemary and a hint of garlic and butter, in a foil tray for the BBQ or oven.

Herbed Red Skin Potatoes

Serving Information:


Do NOT use in microwave or toaster oven.


Remove tray from box and remove film.


  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-high.
  2. Place tray on grill and close the grill.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes. Open grill and mix.
  4. Close grill and heat for another 10 minutes or until heated through.

    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from the grill.

  5. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.


  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Place tray directly on BOTTOM oven rack.
  3. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.

    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from the oven.

  4. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
