PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
FRY PAN:
- In fry pan, add 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil.
- Cook on medium-high heat.
- Add 1 cup (250 mL) onions and sautée 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
BARBECUE:
- Preheat barbecue on high 5 minutes then reduce heat to medium.
- In aluminum tray, add 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter and 1 cup (250 mL) onions, then cover with foil.
- Set tray on top rack of barbecue.
- Cook 6 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
