Rice and Vegetable Medley

Serving Information:




  1. Do not pierce or perforate bag.
  2. Place bag on microwave safe dish, seam side up.
  3. Heat on high 5 minutes.
  4. Let stand 30 seconds.

    CAUTION: Bag will be hot.

  5. Carefully remove bag from microwave, holding edges.
  6. Open bag and transfer contents into dish.
  7. Season to taste and serve immediately.


  1. Heat 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil in fry pan or wok.
  2. Add desired amount of Rice & Vegetable Medley.
  3. Cook on medium-high, stirring continuously, 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Season to taste and serve immediately.

NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
