PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place turkey breast in bag on baking tray and cut 2 small slits on top of the pouch.
- Cook in centre of oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving
PREPARE FROM THAWED.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
DEFROSTING:
- Defrost turkey breast in refrigerator for 24 hours until fully thawed.
- Remove packaging prior to cooking.
BARBECUE:
- Preheat barbecue on medium-high. Brush grill with vegetable oil.
- Turn heat to low.
- Place turkey breast on grill over indirect or very low heat.
- Cook with lid closed, 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Turn turkey breast in the last 10 minutes.
- Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
