Serving Information:



  1. Preheat barbecue on high 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Sear 2 minutes per side.
  3. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. Grill, with lid closed, 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once.


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Place portions on lightly oiled baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 35 to 40 minutes. Turn once.

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
