Turkey Sausages

Serving Information:




  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-low.
  2. Arrange sausages on grill.
  3. Barbecue 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently. Avoid piercing skin. If splitting occurs, reduce heat.


  1. Preheat fry pan to medium.
  2. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) water.
  3. Steam sausages, covered, 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove lid, drain and add 1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil.
  5. Brown 5 to 7 minutes, turning frequently.


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place sausages in shallow greased baking dish and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 20 to 25 minutes.

MICROWAVE: Not recommended.

NOTE: Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
