Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Serving Information:

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place thighs on non-stick baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Turn once.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium.
  2. Place thighs on grill.
  3. Grill with lid closed, 30 minutes or until done. Turn once.

FRY PAN:

  1. Preheat fry pan to medium. Add 1 tablespoon (15 mL) vegetable oil.
  2. Place thighs in fry pan.
  3. Cook, covered, 18 to 20 minutes or until done. Turn once.

NOTE:
Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Chicken is fully cooked when juices run clear from thickest part of thigh when pierced. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
