NOTE: Prepare soup from the frozen state. Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): Place frozen soup (without packaging) into a microwave-safe bowl. For 1 soup, cook on high for 5 minutes, stir and cook for 1 minute more. For 2 soups, cook 10 minutes, stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place frozen soup (without packaging) in an oven-proof bowl and cook for about 50 to 55 minutes.
