Simmer Sauce - Thai-style Green Curry Chicken

An aromatic dish with tender cooked chicken and a richly flavoured sauce of coconut cream, green chilies, ginger and lime juice.

Simmer Sauce - Thai-style Green Curry Chicken

Serving Information:


Remove lid. Vent or pierce film.


  1. Heat container in microwave on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
  2. Empty contents into small preheated pot.
  3. Cook 18 to 20 minutes on low, stirring frequently.


  1. Place container on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Heat on high 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally throughout.
  3. CAUTION: remove hot container carefully.
  4. Let stand 2 minutes.
  5. Remove film, stir gently and serve.
