Butternut Squash Soup

Serving Information:


Remove all packaging.


  1. Place product in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Heat on high 4 minutes (1 portion) or 9 minutes (2 portions).
  3. Stir and heat 2 1/2 minutes (1 portion) or 3 to 4 minutes (2 portions).
  4. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Place product in oven-proof bowl.
  3. Cook 40 to 45 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.

NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Suggestion: For extra flavour, top with 1 tablespoon (15 mL) sour cream or crème fraîche.
