Cooking Instructions

BARBECUE: (for best results)

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  2. Place sheet of aluminum foil on grill and lightly coat with vegetable oil.
  3. Spread potatoes in single layer on foil.
  4. Cook 12 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Season to taste and serve immediately.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread potatoes in single layer on non-stick or well-oiled baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. For best results, brush or drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 mL) vegetable oil over potatoes.
  4. Cook 15 to 18 minutes.
  5. Season to taste and serve immediately.

STOVETOP:

  1. Coat fry pan or wok with 1 tablespoon (15 mL) vegetable oil.
  2. Preheat on medium.
  3. Add potatoes slowly.
  4. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until done, turning occasionally Season to taste and serve immediately.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
