Grilled Mini Potatoes

Imported from Italy, these pint-sized potatoes are big on grilled flavour, fully prepared and make a sensational side dish.

Serving Information:

NOTE: Prepare product from the frozen state. If product is thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only. 

BARBECUE: Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Place a sheet of aluminum foil on the grill and lightly coat with vegetable oil. Spread potatoes out in a single layer on the foil and cook for 12 to 18 minutes, turning as necessary. Season to taste and serve immediately. 

OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread potatoes out in a single layer on a non-stick or well-oiled baking sheet and place in the centre of the oven. For best results, brush or drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 mL) of vegetable oil over the potatoes. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes. Season to taste and serve immediately. 

STOVE TOP: Heat one tablespoon (15 mL) of vegetable oil in a fry pan or wok. Add desired amount of potatoes and cook on medium heat, turning product as necessary, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until done. Season to taste and serve immediately.
