A substantial cut for the hearty appetite of those who really like to sink their teeth into a great piece of meat. This steak is best cooked medium-rare to medium and its full flavour and tantalizing aroma come alive on the grill. Sold individually.

New York Beef Striploin Steak

Serving Information:




  1. For best results, thaw steak, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw steak in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Remove all packaging. Wipe steak with paper towel.
  3. Lightly oil and spice steak (as desired).

BARBECUE (For best results):

  1. Preheat barbecue on high 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Sear steak 2 minutes per side.
  3. Turn heat to medium. Grill with lid closed, 1 minute per side, for medium-rare.
  4. Remove from grill.  Hold until internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached.


  1. Preheat oven broiler element on high.
  2. Place steak on broiler pan, in oven, 4 to 6 inches from element.
  3. Broil, 5 minutes per side, for medium-rare.
  4. Remove from oven. Hold until internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached.
