Ingredients:

  • Raspberry Smoothie:

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) M&M Raspberries, partially thawed
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) orange juice
  • Honey to taste

  • Triple Berry Smoothie:

  • 3/4 cup (75 mL) M&M Triple Berry Blend, partially thawed
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) orange juice

Preparation:

Add ingredients to blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Each recipe makes one smoothie.
