Walnut or Pecan-Crusted Salmon Fillet Served With Fruit Salsa

Walnut Pecan Salmon

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place finely chopped nuts onto a plate and season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon fillet on top of the seasoned nuts and gently press down to help the nuts to stick to the fish. Repeat with the remaining pieces. You may need more nuts depending on the size of the fillet.
  5. Place the fish on a baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until completely cooked.
  6. Serve with Fruit Salsa (get recipe here).
