Since 1980, M&M Food Market has been helping Canadians put great meals on the table. We started out as M&M Meat Shops, known for our great high-quality, flash-frozen foods and one-of-a-kind customer service. While our name has changed over the years, what we stand for hasn’t. Today, we’re proud to be Canada’s leading retailer of frozen foods and a trusted part of dinner tables in communities across the country.

Our goal is to make your meals easier without compromising on quality, which is why there are no artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners in any of our foods. We strive to source Canadian products as much as possible because we take great pride in supporting local businesses and showcasing the incredible quality our country has to offer.
