Enjoy the fruits of our labour. We take a tender pork tenderloin and marinate it with a carefully blended apple butter marinade for a sweet flavour reminiscent of old-fashioned home cooking.

Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM THAWED.

DEFROSTING:

  1. Defrost product, in package, in cold water or overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Remove packaging prior to cooking.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium.
  2. Grill 18 to 20 minutes. Turn frequently to cook all sides.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place tenderloin on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE:

Not recommended.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

I always enjoy the apple butter pork tenderloin

I always enjoy this item. I put parchment paper on a cookie tray before heating, so that I can more easily pour the juices onto the meat after it has cooked. While it's still warm, I slice it and then wrap the leftovers in foil for fridge storage.

Tenderloin was a spongy flavourless waste. This is in stark contrast to the ribs and thick cut ( Frenched) pork chops which we have really enjoyed in the past and which provide better value when on sale.

They are rarely fulfilled but in this case, yes! The most delicious pork I have ever cooked for sure. So tender and juicy and the marinade is very mild tasting and not overpowering. Decent size portion too. This one's going on my list of M&M favorites. Can't wait to enjoy another one. It's definitely worth the price. Recommend highly.
