Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). 
  2. Spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  3. Bake 16 to 18 minutes. Turn once. 
  4. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium.
  2. Spread pieces in a single layer on a piece of foil or a grill mat. 
  3. Barbecue 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently until done. 
  4. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE:

Not recommended.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Serious Downgrade from previous product

This used to be by far my favorite product but we recently had it and it has dramatically changed for the worse. What used to be an actual scallop wrapped in bacon is now a processed scallop medallion, all 100% uniform with a texture nothing like a scallop. The bacon falls off during cooking because it is not a fixed to the "scallop" any longer. A serious down grade, very disappointed.
