Cooking Instructions

Do NOT use in toaster oven.
Do NOT place close to oven heat element.
Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).

Remove tray from box and lift one corner of film.
Place on a microwave-safe plate and position in centre of microwave.
Heat on high 6 to 7 minutes.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Remove from microwave.

CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing
from microwave.
Serve.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Remove tray from box and remove film from top of tray.
Place tray on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
Cook 40 minutes.
Remove from oven.

CAUTION: Tray will be hot.
Support when removing from microwave.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

Where's the meat?

It tastes good but there's barely any meat in it. The picture shows a bunch of meat but then there's almost no meat in it.

I have purchased this shepherds pie a number of times and it is excellent. It has a great flavour lots of corn and meat which I love.

Tasty but where's the beef

I tried this today. While it is tasty, it has hardly any meat. I'll stick with the cabbage rolls for a more satisfying meal.

Shepherd Pie was excellent - my husband really enjoyed them. Lots of potatoes .I wish they could come with pees, I am not that fussy for corn.

Tastes decent, way less meat filling than in the pic and needs some gravy. I buy this stuff for when I have a long work day, am hungry and need food fast. I doubt I will buy this one again though as it left me wanting. sad because I love a good pie but this was mostly potatoes. The cabbage rolls I had a week ago were awesome

Worth buying for taste, and easy prep

Very tasty shepherd’s pie. My Granddaughter and I just love it.

Disappointed for a few reasons- and because of that it’s far too expensive.

I usually love shepherd’s pie, however mine not only was completely overfilled with plastic tasting corn, but also had a sheet of ice between the plastic cover and tray which made the potatoes taste like freezer. It has such potential but too much corn, not enough gravy and ice you cannot remove does not taste good- not worth the $6.00 when you end up tossing it out.

Not Great

Maybe it's better preparing it in the oven. I microwaved it and it was awful, to be honest. Very flat and almost liquid. I'll try it again using the oven but I don't have high expectations.

Ordinarily I always make my own but I have to admit this one is even better than home made. Some reviewers didn’t like the corn but I thought it would just perfect. 10/10 would recommend!!!

This is really good. It's handy to have it around when someone needs a quick meal, so we buy it often. I do wish it had more gravy, but that could be my personal choice.
