Gluten free deliciousiness

Cake was absolutely delicious, so fresh and was a big hit with my guests. It's so hard to find gluten free cake that is so delicious. No one could tell was gluten free, they were so surprised that it was gluten free and tasted sooo good... that they said they would buy it.

Hands down the BEST cake! Not too sweet and so much flavor!

Very disappointed. Cake was dry. I have noticed a difference with these GF cakes in the last year or so. I believe too much rice flour is being used compared to prior years. Rice flour produces a dryer cake. Definitely not as moist as prior years.

Love this cake. Doesn’t taste gluten free to me and ds happy to have a gluten free option that I don’t have to bake myself. Will get again!

Awful

Would give it a zero rating if possible. This was the second time in the last six months that we purchased this cake. The first one was dry/stale and we brought back for refund. Thought waiting six months before buying another one it would be different, but the cake was dry/stale. We will not be purchasing this again.

The cake did not seem fresh. It was quite "grainy" in texture, not what I was expecting. Icing was tasty.

I found that the cake had no taste....very blend....

Overall a great product! I purchased this cake for a work function as we had several people with gluten sensitivities. Great presentation, taste… not too sweet, very nice and light. Not a piece left… I would highly recommend this product.
