Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

Remove all packaging.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place flatbread directly on middle oven rack.
  3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is slightly brown.
  4. Remove from oven carefully, as it’s HOT!
  5. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before slicing.

BARBECUE:

  1. Preheat barbecue with all burners on medium for 5 minutes then turn off one burner. Place frozen flatbread above unlit burner.
  2. Close lid and bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is slightly brown. For even browning, rotate 180° halfway through baking. To maintain cooking temperature, avoid opening lid too frequently. For a crispier crust, increase cooking time accordingly.
  3. Using tongs or large metal spatula, slide cooked flatbread onto pizza pan to serve.
  4. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before slicing.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Very good !

I really liked this pizza (for a frozen pizza) …. I threw some cooked hamburger and a bit more shredded cheese ! Yum! I like the thin crust too !

This was barely ok at best. Not much flavour - like it’s lacking seasoning. The pic seems to show more toppings than it had. No real sauce. It was supposed to be put directly on the rack but I put it on a small flat pan. The corners were quite hard even doing this! I can’t imagine if it was direct on the rack! Wouldn’t buy again. Kind-of expensive too. I guess on the positive side it’s quick to prepare.

Always on sale because it’s Gross.

The has got to be the worst thing mm has to offer. And I can make truffle flat bread/ pizza at home. I also drive two hours to find the best truffle bread at restaurant outside of my town. This doesn’t taste like truffle at all. It’ stinks and is not tolerable. I bought it to a friend event and was so disappointed. We all laughed and agreed on how gross it was and tossed it out.

Hit with the adults

Easy to prepare. I appreciated that it was quick and easy. This flat bread had a very distinctive flavour which I really liked. The 13 year old thought it was weird, might have been the black truffle. Hit with the adults, miss with the teen.

Usually when I buy flatbread, I buy the pepperoni but decided to give the mushroom one a try. Very tasty and maybe a bit lighter, too. I'd recommend it.

I wouldn’t buy the flatbreads from M & M again. The topping were so scarce that the flavours were hardly recognizable. We tried the Mushroom truffle and Chicken chipotle bar b que. Neither was worth the money.

Wonderful tasting product, will buy again!

First time I ever tried this flat bread, of any kinds, it was so good, I will buy it again and again but I read in a few of the reviews that it's being discontinues, Please tell me this isn't true!! I would definitely but it again only this time will purchase more than 1 box! Never tasted anything like this before, so glad I tried it, not crazy about the cooking it right on the oven rack as it made a bit of a mess but if that's how it says to cook it, better listen
