Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

WARNING:

  1. Do NOT use in toaster oven. 
  2. Do NOT place close to oven heat element. 
  3. Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).

THAWING AND PREPARATION:

Thaw sauce pouch and beef with mushroom pouch in warm water 5 to 10 minutes.

STOVETOP:

  1. For best results, use non-stick medium size skillet with lid. 
  2. Preheat skillet on LOW. 
  3. Cut open pouches, add thawed sauce, thawed beef with mushrooms and pasta to skillet and increase heat to MEDIUM. 
  4. Cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes. 
  5. Stir occasionally to mix components into sauce. 
  6. Remove from burner and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Empty pasta and thawed beef with mushrooms into tray provided. 
  2. Pour thawed sauce over pasta and beef with mushrooms. 
  3. Cover tray with a double layer of paper towel. 
  4. Place tray on a microwave-safe plate and position in center of microwave. Cook on high for 6 minutes. 
  5. Stir contents to coat pasta well with sauce. 
  6. Cover and cook 4 to 5 more minutes. 
  7. Stir well and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from microwave.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Empty pasta and thawed beef with mushrooms into the tray provided. 
  3. Pour thawed sauce over pasta and beef with mushrooms. Cover tray with aluminum foil. 
  4. Place tray on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. Cook 40 minutes. 
  5. Stir contents to coat pasta well with sauce. Cover and cook 5 to 10 more minutes. 
  6. Stir well and let stand 2 minutes before serving.

    CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from microwave.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
