Just like Granny’s, but we did the grunt work. You simply heat, serve and take the credit! Packed with homestyle flaked light tuna, creamy cheddar cheese sauce, vegetables and cavatappi pasta noodles, it has a toasty crumb topping and (of course!) more melty cheddar cheese on top.

Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

WARNING:

  1. Do NOT use in toaster oven. 
  2. Do NOT place close to oven heat element. 
  3. Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).

OVEN: (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Remove tray from box and remove film. 
  3. Place tray on baking sheet and position in centre of oven. 
  4. Cook 75 minutes, or until cheese browns. 
  5. Remove from oven.

    CAUTION: Tray will be hot.
    Support when removing from oven.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Remove tray from box and remove film. 
  2. Place tray on microwave-safe plate and position in centre of microwave. 
  3. Heat on high 17 to 19 minutes. 
  4. Remove from microwave.

    CAUTION: Tray will be hot.
    Support when removing from microwave.
  5. Let stand 4 to 5 minutes before serveing.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Love tuna casserole, but I bought this because it had some veg in it as well. The taste was good, but there was zero - literally ZERO - broccoli to be seen in this dish. Very disappointing!

Tastes as close to Moms cooking as you can get!

Wow this casserole is really really delicious!! Perfect amount of tuna, thick creamy sauce and plump pasta! The perogy bake, fettuccine alfredo and this casserole are by far the best of the meals you can get in the "prepared meals" section!

Something has changed with the Homestyle Tuna Casserole. It didn't seem as good as it used to be. It was still good but not exceptional.

Too much sodium

Sadly, like a lot of prepared food, this is very high in sodium. I am on 1500 grams of sodium per day due to high blood pressure. This has 900 grams of sodium per serving. Even with the regular limit of sodium of 2500 grams, this one dish takes up a lot of the daily allowance.

Tastes Just Like Home Made, However The Price Is Much Higher

The Homestyle Tuna Casserole tastes "just like home made" though without all the preparation work! I've had the pleasure of enjoying this homestyle meal once before a few years ago. I purchased a second Homestyle Tuna Casserole recently, while it was on sale which I will enjoy having this once again "without all the work"! For some senior citizens cooking is more than a chore it can be a danger for them, those who have no alternative than to continue to live at home because they can't afford the cost of "assisted living".Therefore M&M The food can deserve to rate 5 stars however I'd give -5 for the very frequent price increases! I do agree with another who noted that the prices have gone way too much. The price has doubled and heading toward tripling the prices in no time at all ~ what's the hurry?

Absolutely delicious!

Absolutely delicious. Didn't even need any additional spices. I actually microwaved this and the cheese ended up being super crispy and the flavours were amazing too. Will definitely buy again!

Nice tasting casserole

Very good. We are a family of 3 and there was a little left over and only reason was I asked to keep a small portion for lunch. Make a salad with it and you have a really good dinner.

Sauce to pasta ratio off

I bought this because I tried the single serve and loved it. Although the taste is the same it did not have a good pasta to sauce ratio in this larger size, I ended up having to cook extra pasta and mix it together as a spoon full of just the sauce was way too much.

this is a zero star rating, worst thing my family of 6 has ever tasted, one bite and in the bin, anyone who gives this even 1 star needs their head examined, had to order takeout, come on M&M do better as busy families with all need convenient food but not like this
