Thai Style Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

My fridge is never without! It’s a great dipping sauce for spring rolls, egg rolls, chicken strips… and I often use a good splash when I make a stir fry . Also good on plain white rice. It is competitively priced with other store brands , and I think it’s just better tasting with a bit of spiciness. Not too hot, just right !
