Falvourful light broth, but missing ginger bite!

Overall, a really nice bowl of ramen, but it still made me wish there was a little more to it (although I know that I usually eat more). While I personally don't mind the chicken crumble, I think the ginger flavour is very much lost, whether due to the broth or due to the structure... I actually added a little bit of ginger powder as well after trying a few bites, and even then, I couldn't really taste the ginger. The broth may be a bit salty for some, but it's still very good for what it is. The carrots are still decently firm, not mushy, which is a positive. I'm unsure how much the dish would change texturally if cooked in the microwave or on the stovetop, but I cooked it on the stove and found it to be ideal for me.Generally, it's a really nice single-serve meal and takes up very little space in the freezer.

Ground meat

I enjoyed the broth and vegetables, but unfortunately they chose to go with ground chicken instead of whole pieces. With whole chicken this would be delicious, but the ground bits of meat just become a crumbly mess in the bottom of your bowl by the end.

Ginger seems to be missing , otherwise good flavor.

Easy to make & very tasty

I found this to be very delicious and just the right amount of food for me for a nice easy and light meal. It was quite flavourful and a lot cheaper than the other frozen ramen bowls I’ve had from the grocery store. Also tasted ALOT better than any other frozen ramen bowls I’ve had too. Quality ingredients as well!

Don't waste your money.

For $11.99 I expected more. like Slices of chicken, more noodles + more flavour. You get just a bit of ground chicken! Tasteless! Skimpy amount of noodles!
