Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

Remove all packaging, including tray.

OVEN (for flakier crust): (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Place quiche on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 21 to 23 minutes.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS) (for softer crust):

  1. Place quiche on microwave-safe plate lined with paper towel.
  2. Heat on high 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
  3. Let stand 1 minute

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

This is my favourite of M&M quiche options. It’s light and fluffy and flavourful. The pastry is also very acceptable. It makes a nice light meal. My only complaint is that it’s expensive for the size so I only buy it on sale.
