Serving Information:
PREPARE FROM THAWED STATE.
DEFROSTING:
- Defrost fillet, in package, in cold water or overnight in refrigerator.
- Remove packaging prior to cooking.
- Lightly oil and season both sides of fillet (as desired).
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Place on non-stick baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
FRY PAN:
- Preheat fry pan to medium.
- Place in pan and fry, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Turn once.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
BARBECUE:
- Preheat barbecue on medium-high.
- To prevent sticking, thoroughly clean and lightly oil grill prior to cooking.
- Grill, with lid closed, 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning carefully until done.
NOTE: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached. Fully cooked salmon is opaque pink and flakes with a fork. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
