Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

WARNING:

  1. Do NOT use in toaster oven.
  2. Do NOT place close to oven heat element.
  3. Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): (for best results)

  1. Remove tray from box.
  2. Heat on high 2 1/2 minutes.
  3. Pull back film, stir contents; re-cover with film.
  4. Continue heating on high 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
  5. Let stand in microwave for 2 minutes.
  6. CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from microwave.
  7. Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove tray from box. Place on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 30 minutes.
  4. Pull back film, stir contents; re-cover with film.
  5. Cook 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  6. CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from oven.
  7. Let stand 2 minutes. Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
