Korean style beef

I loved the taste of the ginger and spices but the beef was tough and chewy.

Convenient fast and easy meal

I really like this! A little on the sweet side but still really good. I paired it was some white rice.

Not filling

Good flavour but portion size and amount of beef you get for $9.99 not worth it at all!!

Pleasantly surprised!

Frozen food isn't usually my choice for dinners (I typically pick up frozen veggies or soups here) but M&M Meats' Korean Style Beef impressed me. The packaging and nutrition info were appealing, especially the lower sodium (680mg), 20g protein, and 8g fiber. The 31g of sugar is a bit high, but the taste was good and it was incredibly easy to prepare. The portion size felt right, and I thought there was a decent amount of beef (contrary to some past comments) and I thought the sauce tasted fine, though I usually don't like it super spicy. With 20g of protein, it's a solid choice for a quick meal, and I'm now interested in checking out out other options from M&M.

Where’s the beef?

Lots of tasty noodles but VERY little beef way too many carrots and a weird sweet and savoury taste. Disappointed and won’t be trying again, sorry.

Happy to try but wouldn't buy again

Small portion for price, very little beef and lacked flavor.

Korean Beef

Would like to see a bit more meat in the dish otherwise good.

Very tasty but hardly any beef. Should be called Korean noodles with beef. I got it on an email sale 7.49. Definitely not worth 9.99. I think the unusual packaging is what makes it so expensive.

Where's the beef?

This product is okay in a pinch. Portion is small, very little beef, too sweet. Really not Korean, but being generous could be called "Asian inspired". Overpriced considering the small amount of beef.

It’s alright but not Korean.

I decided to give this one a try and it’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not Korean, Asian inspired – yes. This dish is lacking in flavor, which Korean dishes are known For having strong flavours in most dishes, you will find sesame oil, soy sauce, some type of sugar base and garlic and onion with a variety of vegetables for color. I found that this dish lacked authentic Korean flavor, and fell more into a Thai category as it had a very overwhelming smell/ Taste of ginger. While this does okay in a pinch if you just want something quick to eat - being Korean myself I feel disappointed. I feel the marketing teams should actually visit real Korean restaurants down in Toronto to get a sense of bulgogi/Kalbi dishes.

Tooo sugary. That's all you taste is sugar

Way to much sugar 31 grams of sugar and over 600 MG of salt. All you taste is the sugar nothing else it's so gross don't buy it

Delicious

It is my absolute favourite out of all of the single serving frozen meals. I have not been disappointed in at once.

NO beef! Shameful!

NO beef!!! For $10 there should be a serving of meat. Shameful!!! Your photos are false advertising! Too bad because the taste is really good, but I didn’t buy a vegetarian dish.

Yummy Korean Beef

Was delicious and a very good portion size. The beef was a little bit skimpy size. Not too spicy at all.

Where’s the beef

Very tiny bit of beef drowning in a sea of carrots. The appearance of the dish varies greatly from the photo advertising it. Yes, where’s the beef? I asked for Korean Beef not Korean carrots.

Where's the Beef?

I found the dish on the sweet side. There wasn't much beef at all. There were more noodles and carrots than anything. For the advertising that it was Korean beef, Where's the beef????? For the cost it was not worth it and I would NOT recommend it.

Yvonne B.

I like most everything. The only thing I don’t like is the packaging of the chicken quesadillas. They stick together and even after heating they are still stuck together. The beef ones are way better.I was very disappointed way you discontinued the Portuguese and Japanese salmon as they were my favorite.

We like once in a while as an alternative to what we usually have. Could have a little more beef.
