Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN: (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 25 to 30 minutes. Turn once.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Arrange pieces in circle on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Heat on high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes (2 breasts); 4 to 5 minutes (4 breasts). Turn once.

AIR FRYER:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Spread pieces in single layer in air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry 16 to 18 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  4. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Our family enjoys many M&Ms products, but this is not one of them. The chicken is poor quality and honestly grizzly! The coating isn't nice either. Why not use the same better pieces of chicken that you use in other products and use the coating that you use on the gluten free chicken fingers as an improvement?! My daughter loves the gluten free products at M&Ms, but refuses to eat this.

They were okay. A little less spice would be nice . I noticed that quite a few seniors shop at our store in Brandon, and I would like to see some Low Sugar and Low Salt products. Many of us need to watch our blood pressure and blood sugar. M&M's is a convenient way for Seniors to have meals. Especially since so many must stay at home because there is no placement for them in Homes and Hospitals. Healthy choice meals are a must.

Only reason I docked one star is because of the price. $32! We got 8 pieces in our box. We cooked it according to directions on the box for oven. We loved them! The coating was great and not your typical “super rock hard crunchy coating” that you get on other gluten free “breaded” items. The flavour was good too for the coating. And the chicken was juicy. Due to price it’s not something that can be bought often for sure. But a once in a blue moon treat!

Tastes good- but is it worth the money?

The taste is definitely there. I’ve been missing this since being diagnosed celiac 3 years ago. I did give it a lower rating because it’s frustrating how much more they cost. $32 for a box is taking advantage of people who have extremely limited access to options. I will grudgingly probably buy these again as gluten free breaded chicken is hard to come by. But, that doesn’t mean I think it holds value- just limited options.
