Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM THAWED.

THAWING AND PREPARATION:

  1. For best results, thaw steaks, in package, in refrigerator for 24 hours. Alternatively, thaw steaks in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Remove all packaging. Wipe steaks with paper towel.
  3. Lightly oil and spice steaks as desired.

BARBECUE: (for best results)

  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-high 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Lightly oil barbeque.
  3. Place steaks on barbecue and grill 16 to 20 minutes (lid closed), or to desired doneness.
  4. Turn steaks occasionally to crisp bacon and promote even cooking.
  5. Adjust temperature as necessary to prevent burning.
  6. Allow steaks to rest 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven broiler on high.
  2. Broil 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Steakhouse quality juicey and tender!!!

The airfryer is the way to go. 390° for 9 minutes for med/rare. Defrost first & let come to room temp. for 1hr. Tastes amazing!

I first started buying these steaks back in 2012, it’s unbelievable that they’re almost $40 as they’ve gotten way smaller over time they used to be decently sized now they’re not even half the size of a hockey puck.

Good buy when on sale!

Perfect size, not too large or small. Tasty and tender. I cook defrosted in air fryer at 390° for 11 minutes for a medium steak. Quick and easy. Nice M&M compliments to go with it are the onion rings or gourmet potatoes.

We have enjoyed these steaks before & tried again last week. Unfortunately, the product did not compare with the first time. The meat was sinuey, tough to chew.. we only ate half. Not AAA.
