Cooking Instructions

Remove perforated tear strip but leave pie in package. Fold bottom flap of open end under package.
Place package with pie in microwave.
Heat on high 5 to 6 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Remove all packaging except tray.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pie on baking sheet and position in center of oven.
Cook 50 to 55 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Very good pot pie

Not good

I was very disappointed, lack of flavour and was very dry. Cooked using exact directions. The little bit of filling was literally stuck to the pastry.

Presentation!

I've microwaved several of these pies (adjusting times for my microwave, resting for the recommended 2 minutes, and longer)) and they will not release in one piece from the tray. The top half falls onto the plate, along with the filling, but the bottom half of the crust remains in the tray, and has to be loosened by a spoon or knife.The pie tastes OK, but when it's on the plate, it looks like it's been eaten already!

Beef Pot Pie VERY different. Very few pieces of beef, too many Peas.I recently had one that was frozen from Sept. 2023. MUCH more BEEF!!!!Beware.

This is one of the best dishes I like at m & m's Being on my own it is a great dinner for one without a lot of preparation. The only thing I could suggest is to have more sauce or gravy in it. Otherwise I think it is perfect and just the right size portion. Thank you.

Too much sodium in the majority of your products but this pie is close to being OK.Quite tasty and good.

Disappointed

Didn’t like the beef pie this time around. There was hardly any filling. I know beef is expensive, but really? Very different now.

My favourite pot pie

We had your beef pot pies for supper last night and were very disappointed with them. There were only a couple of pieces of meat in them and no gravy. The pastry was okay though. We also bought the chicken ones which we haven’t tried yet. We wont be buying the beef and mushrooms ones again.

Chicken or beef pot pies

If you enjoy a thick flaky crust, the chicken or beef pot pies have plenty of it, just don’t expect much filling as there is an air gap between the top crust and the filling. The flavor of the fillings is quite tasty although some may find it on the salty side. Though I buy it only when it’s on sale, other brands are better value for money.

Very disappointing, sparse filling, a few tiny pieces of beef. The picture on the box is incredibly misleading. I won’t buy again.

Very tasty! Fair amount of meat and the pastry was not too much.

Soggy bottom

The bottom was still soggy after baking.

My husband particularly loves the gravy and would raise his rating from 4 stars to 5 if the chunks of beef were somewhat smaller in size. He really loves the pie pastry.

A very tasty pie, tender meat and flaky crust! Most enjoyable.

Barely any filing

Although the pastry was nice, there was barely any filling. I may have got one piece of beef and I couldnt discern any mushrooms at all.

Cooking in the box is not for me

I'm not happy with the cooking in the box method. There seems to be some sort of plate on one side which way does the pie fit in with that on the bottom or the top? Again I don't particularly like this cooking in the box.

Picture does not show the true meat pie.

Again, the picture and the description does not describe the pie when it is cooked. No gravy. hardly any vegetables and meat. and it's only about two tablespoons in the bottom of the pie. People just can't seem to be truthful anymore. Let's get real.

Nope!

Had to try this to see if was really as bad as the reviews. The gravy and top pastry were good, but the one and only piece of beef in it was nothing but a lump of stringy fat. There were no mushrooms at all and not enough tiny veggies to fill a teaspoon. So that's my first and last try of it. However, on the other hand, the chicken pot pie is very good.
