Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

Remove all packaging.

OVEN : (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Bake 14 to 16 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Arrange all pieces in a circle on microwave-safe, paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Heat on high 3 1/2 minutes.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

AIR FRYER (for flakier crust):

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Spread pieces in single layer in air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry 9 to 11 minutes.
  4. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

These quiches may be small in size but they are big on flavour. We are pleased with how tasty they are. They are a perfect size for a light dinner....we can have four of them each to go along with a nice salad. They are a nice size too for taking to a potluck as it allows several people to try them.
