Cooking Instructions

Remove all packaging, including tray.

Place quiche on microwave-safe plate lined with paper towel.
Heat on high 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Place quiche on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
Cook 21 to 23 minutes.
Let stand 1 minute before serving.

Ensure product is thoroughly heated to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

I love these for lunch

Love these! The portion size is generous and the pastry is excellent. I am careful with the cooking time though as the crust can get a bit too brown and I also add a little grated gruyere cheese before baking. Have bought these many times!

I buy the quiches for my elderly parents. They both really love all the flavours, they have a hard time picking their favourite. They also love them because you can put them in the microwave to heat up a they also take a short time. I love when they are on sale because I can buy more.

One of my go-to meals when I don't feel like cooking, or am short on time. Even though it's cooked from frozen, the crust stays flaky and crispy. The filling is a little bland, but it's not bad by any means.

Tasty and great for a quick lunch. One of the few M&M products I can eat ... because most have very high salt content, and high fat content. I would buy more items if they were healthier.

Fat content

Love M&M and all their offerings these but can only have some things like the quiche as an very infrequent occasional treat. I really hope the fat content of 30 gr per serving can be lowered. The nutrition label shows them at 68% of daily fat intake. That is way too high for people with some types of digestive issues that requires monitoring fat...

Great little quiche. Nice, flaky crust and the perfect combination of eggs, cream & cheese. As a senior living alone, I especially like the single serve portions.

It was good and about the right size. I heat it in the microwave and after 1 minute I cut it in half and finish cooking so the middle gets cooked without the outside being over done.

This is honestly one our fav easy meals. The crust is light and flaky and just the right amount to hold it all together. Good combination of flavours. Of all the quiche, this is our go to

Our favourite of the 3 quiche recipes.. i thaw them quickly in the microwave and then pop them in the toaster oven for about 7 minutes to crisp up the crust.

I actually picked up one a few weeks ago just to try it out and was very pleased with the item! So this past week I purchased a couple more of the French Classic & also a couple of the Quiche Florentine.they are all very tasty & make a nice light meal with a salad or even to start the morning off together with a sausage or two!
