Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

OVEN: (for best results)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Spread pieces in single layer on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once.

MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS):

  1. Arrange pieces in circle on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Heat on high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes (4 fillets); 4 to 5 minutes (8 fillets). Turn once.

NOTE:

Ensure product is thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Excellent product and it was on sale. As a celiac, these gluten free options are great! I hope to see more in the future. The only negative part of my purchase is that I wasn’t able to use my $7 off coupon in store, only online. We would have ordered online before going in if we would have known.

Product changed, no longer worth the price

As a newly diagnosed person with Celiac disease I've been eating these chicken tenders from M&M almost daily. Even though I had them so frequently, I'd genuinely look forward to them for dinner 5-6 times a week as they were just about perfect.Recently, however, it seems the supplier for this product has changed. They are no longer the juicy, thick, high quality product worth a premium price. Instead they are now made of lower quality chicken, leaving them chewy, stringy, and fatty.I'm very disappointed with this change to what was possibly the best product M&M sold. To use a lower quality product while retaining the higher than average price is unconscionable and I hope this is only a temporary situation.
