Yuck

The lemon flavour is very strong and artificial-seeming. Usually I love lemon desserts too (lemon bars, lemon meringue pie, etc, etc.) so I was sure I would love these, but they super duper disappointed me. I'll stick to the chocolate chip version

The cookie has a wonderful lemon flavour and is soft & chewy with the perfect amount of vanilla ice cream. It's hard to just eat one at a time! Please make these a year round treat, not just for the summertime. :-)
