    I have had celiac disease for over 18 years.it has been a difficult journey when I found out M&M had gluten free food I had to go there .the first think i purchased was the panko shrimp, I have been searching for a breaded shrimp .theses are the best you will not be disappointed

Cooking Instructions

PREPARE FROM FROZEN.

SAUCE PREPARATION:

  1. Defrost sauces by immersing pouches in warm water 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Cut open and transfer contents to dipping bowl.
  3. Serve alongside panko shrimp.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove all packaging. Spread pieces in single layer on lined baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
  3. Cook 14 to 16 minutes, or until fully cooked. Turn once. 
  4. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

NOTE:

Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. When cooked, shrimp meat will be opaque white. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

DO NOT MICROWAVE.
