Cooking Instructions
PREPARE FROM FROZEN.
WARNING:
- Do NOT use in toaster oven.
- Do NOT place close to oven heat element.
- Do NOT exceed 400°F (205°C).
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS): (for best results)
- Remove tray from box and lift one corner of film.
- Place tray on microwave-safe plate and position in centre of microwave.
- Heat on high 3 minutes.
- Pull back film, stir contents and re-cover with film.
- Heat on high 2½ minutes.
- Remove from microwave. CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support tray when removing from microwave.
- Let stand for 2 minutes.
- Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.
OVEN:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove tray from box and lift one corner of film.
- Place tray on baking sheet and position in centre of oven.
- Cook 30 to 35 minutes. Pull back film, stir contents and re-cover with film.
- Cook 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven. CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support tray when removing from oven.
- Let stand 2 minutes.
- Remove film, stir contents gently and serve.
