WHAT?! NO GLUTEN?!
This product is a great cake that anyone can enjoy. With layers of golden sponge cake, whipped cream, and a top layer of chocolate ganache, brownie chunks, and white chocolate drizzle, it's a delicious thaw-and-serve dessert that can serve many. My mode of preparation includes microwaving a slice for 15-30 seconds and serving with a scoop of ice cream. Despite the reputation of gluten-free products lacking in the taste department, this cake, along with many other gluten-free products from M&M's, are more than meets the eye. I was skeptical of the product at first glance, but after trying it, I was blown away by its taste. I even got my mom to try some, and when I showed her that it contained no gluten, she called me a liar, due to the taste of the product. Overall, this product is a great treat that you can use to introduce skeptics to M&M's lineup of great-tasting gluten-free products.
