Click & Collect FAQs

Which stores offer Click & Collect?

Every M&M Food Market store offers our Click & Collect service, with the exception of our Seneca College M&M Food Market Express location. Find a store near you.

How far in advance can I order?

Orders can be placed up to seven days in advance.

What if one of my items is not available when I pick up my order?

If an item included in your order is not available at the store you selected, you will get a call before your pickup time. If you do not receive a call, you will receive a free package of Blossoms as part of our one hour guarantee. 

What is the one hour guarantee?

We guarantee that your order will be ready at the pickup time you selected or you get a free package of Blossoms. Click here for complete rules and regulations. 

Are there any fees for using Click & Collect?

No, there are no fees for using our Click & Collect service. 

Is there a minimum order value required to use Click & Collect?

Order as much or as little as you like. There is no minimum order value required to use our Click & Collect service. 

Do I need a credit card to place a Click & Collect order?

No credit cards are needed. You will pay for your order in store upon pickup. 

Do I need to register or sign up to place an order?

You will need to sign up for a Rewards Membership account and login to complete a Click & Collect order. You can browse products on our website without creating an account.

I just placed an order - how do I pick it up?

Go to the store at the pickup time/date you selected. Your order will be ready and waiting for pickup and payment when you arrive. 

Do I need to bring anything with me when I pick up my order?

Once your order is successfully submitted, you will be directed to an order confirmation page containing the details of your order. If you have subscribed to receive our emails, you will also receive an email confirmation. It is helpful to bring either a printout of the confirmation page or the email confirmation with you when you pick up your order, but it’s not required.

Can I show up early or late for my order?

We will hold your order up to 24 hours from your scheduled pickup time. You may show up early to pick up your order, but the one hour guarantee only applies to your scheduled pickup time. 

Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?

Sure! The meal advisor will just need the name of the person who placed the order.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

After 24 hours, the items that were prepared for your order will be restocked. 

Why did prices on my order change after my order was prepared?

Website prices are based on information available at the time your order is placed. The prices of your basket items are subject to deal expiration dates, substitutions and in-store pricing based on your scheduled day of pickup.

Why can’t I find a specific item online that is available in store?

We aim to have all our food products online and available for Click & Collect, but sometimes there are discrepancies between what’s in store vs. what’s on our website. If there is a specific item that you would like to purchase but can’t find it online, please let us know by emailing us at 

Can I change my order once I’ve submitted it?

Currently, you cannot edit an order once it is submitted. To change your order, you can either call the store to which you submitted the order, or contact us at

Can I save my purchase history so I can place the same order as last time?

You can view the last order you submitted here. The ability to place the same order is not yet available.   

What is your return policy?

We guarantee you’ll love our products. In fact, if you’re not completely satisfied, simply return the unused portion and the packaging to the store where you purchased it, and we’ll replace it or give you your money back. This is our 100% guarantee to you.

Can I place an order by phone?

We currently do not accept orders placed by phone. 

Is delivery available?

We do not offer delivery at this time.
