A perfect grill-ready side, this traditional recipe is made in Quebec with local ingredients. Golden fries are laden with rich gravy and generously garnished with delicious Quebec cheese curds for an irresistible bite.

Classic Poutine

Serving Information:



Do NOT use in microwave or toaster oven.


Remove tray from box and remove film.


  1. Preheat barbecue on medium-high.
  2. Place tray on grill and close the grill.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.

CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from the grill.

  1. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.


  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Place tray directly on BOTTOM oven rack.
  3. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.

CAUTION: Tray will be hot. Support when removing from the oven.


Sauce: Water, Modified Corn Starch, Wheat Flour, Gelatin, Hydrolyzed Soy, Corn, Wheat Proteins, Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, Vinegar, Modified Corn Starch), Yeast Extract, Salt, Dehydrated Vegetables (Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic), Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Caramel, Spices. Potatoes: Potatoes, Canola Oil And/Or Soybean Oil, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sugars (Dextrose). Cheddar Cheese Curds: Pasteurized Milk, Modified Milk Ingredients, Cream, Bacterial Culture, Salt, Microbial Enzyme, Calcium Chloride.
